About Lexie

Lexie Seherr-Thoss is a Registered Dietitian born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. She attended the University of Arizona for her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences Dietetics and went on to complete a clinical nutrition internship at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.

Lexie spent her first two years as a Registered Dietitian at Tucson Medical Center where she serviced a vast array of patient populations and specialized in the pediatrics/neonatal ICU. Her favorite part of her job was providing support and education to parents with newborns. She staffed the Hospital’s outpatient clinic where she provided support to concerned parents with feeding concerns for their children and themselves. Her experience ranges from pediatrics to adult nutrition management in both acute care and outpatient settings. She understands there are many factors that affect nutrition through the life cycle and parents need to be supported. She aims to individualize a sustainable nutrition plan for each of her clients and cater to their lifestyle for them to reach their health goals.
